King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services' board of directors has authorized a $0.20 per share cash dividend to be paid on September 17.
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of Sept. 3, according to a July 18 UHS news release.
UHS will release its second quarter earnings report after the close of market on July 24.
