Private equity-backed ASC billing services provider Surgical Notes has named Dominic Brignola CFO.
Mr. Brignola joins Surgical Notes from R1 RCM, where he served as senior vice president of finance and operations, according to an April 3 news release.
He previously served as the vice president of finance at Solera Holdings and vice president of finance and treasury at Caris Life Sciences, the release said.
