Summerville (S.C.) Medical Center plans to begin construction on an $8 million medical office building, according to a News 2 report.
The two-story, 40,000-square-foot building will include numerous specialty practices as well as the latest technology. According to Terry Cunningham, vice president of operations, several medical practices have shown strong interest in the project. Construction is expected to be completed by 2015, according to the report.
