Bowman, N.D.-based Southwest Healthcare Services is beginning construction on a $28 million hospital and clinic, which will replace its current facilities in Bowman, according to a report by The Bismarck Tribune.
The new 60,000-square-foot structure will be more than double the size of the existing hospital and clinic. The U.S. Rural Development agency is providing the hospital with a $15 million low-interest loan.
The project is expected to be completed by late 2016, according to the report.
