S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating on Dothan, Ala.-based Southeast Health from "BBB" to "BBB+."
The rating reflects Southeast Health Medical Center's trend of positive operations and improved liquidity due to the operating income generated by the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The rating outlook is stable.
