S&P Global Ratings said it is close to publishing its revised criteria for U.S. and Canadian nonprofit healthcare organizations.
Here are four things to know.
1. S&P plans to publish the revised criteria for ratings assignments and related credit products by May.
2. The agency said the revised criteria "provide market constituents with greater insight into the ratings process and enhance the comparability of our ratings through a transparent framework and methodology."
3. The revised criteria will take effect immediately once published.
