S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook for North Broward (Fla.) Hospital District, which does business as Broward Health, from negative to stable.
The revision reflects Broward Health's manageable level of operating losses, but continued senior management instability remains a concern for S&P.
S&P affirmed the system's "BBB+" rating.
