Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has revised Springfield, Mo.-based Mercy Health's outlook to stable from negative.
"The outlook revision reflects our view of Mercy's return to positive operating performance in fiscal 2015 with continued improvement into the first part of fiscal 2016, coupled with incremental balance sheet improvement," said S&P credit analyst Suzie Desai.
S&P has also affirmed the "AA-" long-term rating and underlying rating on Mercy's various revenue bonds.
