Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has raised its rating on New Hampshire Health & Educational Facilities Authority's 2012 revenue bonds issued on behalf of Keene, N.H.-based Cheshire Medical Center to "A" from "A-."
"The upgrade reflects our view of CMC as part of the larger parent organization, The Cheshire Health Foundation, and as a formal affiliate, since March 2015, of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health," said S&P credit analyst Jennifer Soule.
The hospital's outlook is stable.
