S&P Global Ratings has assigned an "AA-" rating to Asheville, N.C.-based Mission Health's series 2016 and 2017 bonds.
"The rating reflects our view of Mission Health's solid balance sheet, stable business position and pro forma maximum annual debt service coverage that is sufficient for the rating," said S&P analyst Jessica Goldman.
The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P's expectation that Mission Health will maintain its profitable operations.
