S&P Global Ratings affirmed its "A" rating on Boulder (Colo.) Community Health.
Additionally, S&P affirmed its "AA+/A-1" rating on Boulder Community Health's series 2000 revenue bonds.
The long-term rating affirmation is a result of BCH's leading market position, stable management team, high reserves and healthy non-operational income, according to S&P.
The "AA+/A-1" rating is a result of BCH's underlying credit strength and a direct-pay letter of intent provided by the bank.
The outlook was revised to stable from negative, reflecting BCH's improved operational margins in fiscal year 2016 and S&P's expectation that BCH will continue to see improved operations in fiscal year 2017.
