Chadds Ford, Pa.-based Revint Solutions, a national healthcare solutions and consulting services provider, appointed Roger Davis CEO.
Here are four things to know about Mr. Davis:
1. He has more than 30 years of healthcare experience.
2. Prior to joining Revint, he was CEO of T-System, where he played a key role in the company's transformation and successful sale to Fidelity National Financial's investment arm, FNFV Group, officials said via news release.
3. Mr. Davis also previously was a managing director at Accenture, as well as vice president at GE Healthcare/IDX Systems Corp. and executive director at Perot/Dell Services. Additionally, he was COO for the faculty practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
4. With Mr. Davis' appointment as CEO of Revint, Kyle Hicok, the company's current interim CEO, was named president and general manager.
