Revint Solutions has acquired Health Check.
Revint is a Chicago-based company created through the merger of healthcare services company mCare Solutions and revenue cycle solutions provider Vaughan Holland Consulting. Florida-based Health Check provides zero balance revenue recovery services to more than 100 healthcare providers.
Through the acquisition, Revint builds on its platform of revenue integrity products and expands its underpayment recovery capabilities.
"Healthcare systems are faced with increasing complexities and challenges to ensure that they are appropriately reimbursed for services that they provide," Revint CEO Kyle Hicok said. "The addition of Health Check to the Revint family increases our ability to support healthcare providers and ensure that they are appropriately compensated.
