Chadds Ford, Pa.-based Revint Solutions, a national healthcare solutions and consulting services provider, acquired the Sterling, Va.-based healthcare data analytics firm Naveos.
Here are four things to know.
1. Through the acquisition, Revint will expand its portfolio by adding Naveos offerings such as analytics for Medicare and Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital reimbursement, S-10 cost reporting and the 340B Drug Pricing Program, according to a joint news release.
2. Both companies said the acquisition overall "will help drive increased value for clients, improving the revenue integrity safety net by enhancing the identification and recovery of revenue opportunities."
3. Revint has been working to grow its portfolio in recent months. The company acquired Health Check in November 2017 and merged with IMA Consulting in December 2017.
4. The formation of Revint resulted from the 2017 merger of healthcare services company mCare Solutions and revenue cycle solutions provider Vaughan Holland Consulting.
