Automated healthcare payments reconciliation services platform Revenue Management Solutions has completed its acquisition of OrboGraph.
The acquisition brings together "two leading providers of automation-focused healthcare remittance reconciliation technology and services," according to an Aug. 15 news release from Thompson Street Capital Partners, the private equity firm backing Revenue Management Solutions.
As part of the deal, OrboGraph's AI-based check imaging and fraud detection services will operate as an independent entity within Revenue Management Solutions and retain the OrboGraph name, according to the news release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the news release.
