Ensemble Health Partners, a revenue cycle management provider, wants to hire about 100 employees in the Charlotte, N.C., region, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
Tanya Robbins, vice president of revenue cycle at Ensemble, told the newspaper Ensemble is primarily looking to fill clerical roles, such as billing services, accounts payable and revenue recovery, within the next six months.
"It's an ongoing effort," Ms. Robbins told the Business Journal. "We're quickly growing, so I wouldn't cap it at 100, that's for sure."
That effort comes more than two months after Ensemble secured an investment from a private equity firm. On May 29, Ensemble announced that Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health will sell 51 percent of the equity in Ensemble to Golden Gate Capital, a private equity investment firm in San Francisco.
Ensemble has 4,600 employees and 28 clients serving facilities in 38 states and two countries. It has headquarters in Huntersville, N.C., and Mason, Ohio.
