Recondo Technology, a revenue cycle management solutions company, released a suite of application programming interfaces aimed at streamlining payment, improving patient satisfaction and simplifying technology innovation.
Here are four things to know.
1. The Recondo Revenue Cycle API drives payer information directly into a healthcare organization's existing workflow solutions for a wide range of RCM processes, according to a news release.
2. Recondo's foundational RCM intelligence platform is powered by the company's patented Reconbot web bot technology in addition to rules-based engines leveraging machine learning to query payer websites, gather remits and other critical encounter information. The technology presents the answers in a fraction of the time it takes to do so manually, Recondo said.
3. "The Recondo API suite represents a truly new 'ecosystem' for those seeking to quickly innovate, especially with the aim to visibly improve efficiency and revenue flow by driving our data and intelligence into frontline workflow systems," Recondo Vice President of Product Andrew Vranesic said in the release.
