Shares of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health closed March 13 at $1.96, their lowest closing price ever and down 2 percent from the day prior.
The 27-hospital system's stock price traded as low as $1.77 on March 13 after closing March 12 at $2.00 per share. Quorum shares have lost 29 percent of their value in the past month, since hitting $2.76 on Feb. 13.
Quorum's share price closed at an all-time low the day after the company released its 2018 earnings results. Quorum ended 2018 with a net loss of $200.2 million on revenue of $1.9 billion. In 2017, the company reported a net loss of $114.2 million on revenue of $2.1 billion.
