Arlington, Va.-based Privia Health has teamed with Beebe Healthcare, a nonprofit system in Lewes, Del., to launch Privia Quality Network — Delaware, which is Privia's ninth ACO in its 11th state.
PQN – DE is participating in the enhanced track of the Medicare Shared Savings Program 2023 performance year with more than 200 providers caring for about 12,400 patient lives. Beebe and Privia aim to expand the ACO to include community physicians across Delaware.
Providers that only join PQN – DE will have access to Privia Care Partners, an analytics, reporting and population health platform designed to improve their existing EHR system, improve patient engagement and facilitate the transition to value-based care.
"Beebe has over four years of experience participating in MSSP, which will continue to propel Privia Quality Network's performance in the coming years," Eric Beyer, president of Privia's mid-Atlantic region, said in a Jan. 17 news release. "Beebe will leverage its tenured in-market population health team, paired with Privia's technology and service expertise in value-based care."
Since 2014, when Privia Quality Network began participating in MSSP, it has achieved more than $740 million in total shared savings across government programs and commercial payers, including more than $380 million through participation in the MSSP.
