Parallon and Loyale Healthcare entered a strategic partnership for patient financial management.
Here are three things to know.
1. Through the partnership, certain Parallon clients, including 170 hospitals owned by Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare and associated employed physicians nationwide, will have access to Loyale Patient Financial Manager platform this year, according to a news release.
2. Loyale Patient Financial Manager aims to improve the patient financial experience and in turn boost revenue. According to the release, it provides personalized financial plans for patients and allows users to consolidate patient payments into one financial experience.
3. Loyale CEO Kevin Fleming said in a statement: "We are committed to providing large healthcare networks, hospitals, ambulatory services and medical groups with the powerful business solutions needed to win in the increasingly consumer-driven healthcare marketplace of today and tomorrow. We are tightly focused on a greatly improved patient financial experience and the associated tangible provider benefits of improved operating margins, cash flow and cost management.
