Alpharetta, Ga.-based nThrive, a healthcare revenue cycle management company, brought on a new CIO, data and analytics president, and board member.
Here are 10 things to know.
Bernard Gay is the new CIO.
1. Mr. Gay has more than 16 years of IT management experience.
2. Prior to joining nThrive, he was CIO of Delaware North, a global hospitality and food service provider.
3. Mr. Gay also served as global vice president and chief technology officer at Royal Caribbean, as well as senior vice president and CIO of Atlantis.
4. At nThrive, his responsibilities will include creating a long-term cloud strategy, managing the company's data centers and optimizing nThrive's IT infrastructure, according to a news release.
Rhonda Vetere is the new president of data and analytics.
5. During her career, Ms. Vetere has focused on transforming global IT operations.
6. Prior to joining nThrive, she was senior vice president and chief technology officer for Estee Lauder.
7. Ms. Vetere was honored last year with a Stevie Award for Excellence in Transforming Business.
Ellen Zane is the newest board member.
8. Ms. Zane is the former president and CEO of Boston-based Tufts Medical Center and the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts.
9. She is currently vice chair of the Tufts board, and serves on the faculty of the Tufts medical school.
10. Ms. Zane also serves as an adjunct assistant professor of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston.
