Houston-based Nova Medical Centers has added online bill pay capabilities to complete the digital patient experience.
Through integration with Nova's proprietary EMR system Occuflex, clients will be able to access and pay their invoice at their convenience.
"Direct client services such as pre-employment testing represent a large segment of our operations," said Bruce Meymand, COO for Nova. "Nova has led the industry by providing online results for these services and we are now excited to complete the client experience by providing 24/7 online payment options."
Nova provides occupational health services to patients and treats around 40,000 work-related injuries annually.
