Nordic expands revenue cycle offerings with acquisition of Claro practice: 3 things to know

Nordic, a health IT solutions provider, is adding The Claro Group's revenue cycle transformation practice. 

Here are three things to know about the deal.

1. With the deal, Nordic combined with The Claro Group's practice will provide healthcare providers with services that span the entire revenue cycle process, according to a news release.

2. Cathy Smith and Shannon Yasseri, managing directors with The Claro Group's practice, will continue leading the practice's revenue cycle services for Nordic.

3. Nordic CEO Bruce Cerullo said of the deal in a statement: "The approach that The Claro Group's revenue cycle transformation practice has taken is a holistic view of the people, process and technology — allowing us to provide a myriad of complementary services. This type of strategic guidance will be extremely beneficial to our clients."
