Moody's Investors Service has affirmed Iron Mountain, Mich.-based Dickinson County Healthcare System's "Ba2" rating and upgraded the system's outlook to stable from negative.
The affirmation was supported by a number of factors, including the system's distinctly leading market position over a broad service area.
Dickinson County Healthcare System also faces some challenges, which were considered for the rating affirmation, such as maintaining weak liquidity metrics relative to like-size peers.
The outlook upgrade reflects the system's rebound in financial performance and liquidity in fiscal year 2014, according to Moody's.
