Moody's revises The University of Chicago Medical Center's outlook to stable

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed The University of Chicago Medical Center's "Aa3" rating, affecting approximately $693 million of outstanding rated debt issued through the Illinois Finance Authority.

The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including UCMC's strong relationship with "Aa2"-rated University of Chicago and recent market share growth.

The outlook has been revised to stable from negative, reflecting Moody's expectation that UCMC will continue to build off its improvement in operating margins in fiscal years 2014 and 2015.
