Moody's revises outlook on Children's Health System of Texas to negative

Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Aa2" rating on Dallas-based Children's Health System of Texas, affecting $352 million of debt.

The affirmation is a result of several factors, including CHST's dominant market position, increasing patient volume, strong liquidity metrics and moderate leverage.

The outlook was revised to negative from stable, reflecting CHST's lower than average cash flow margins.
