Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the "Baa2" rating on Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System's bonds issued through the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hospital Authority.
The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including Erlanger's position as a sizable health system with a growing reputation for tertiary and quaternary services.
The outlook is revised to positive from stable, reflecting Erlanger's improved performance in fiscal year 2015 and good liquidity growth. Moody's expects Erlanger to maintain its operating cash flow level to support capital investments.
