Moody's Investors Service has revised Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health System's outlook to positive from stable.
The outlook revision is based on a number of factors, including Moody's Investors Service's expectation that AHS will continue to maintain strong operating performance and will improve balance sheet metrics.
Moody's also assigned an "A1" rating to AHS' proposed series 2016 revenue refunding bonds, affecting $225.7 million. The rating affirmation reflects AHS' favorable market position, strong revenue growth and maintenance of balance sheet metrics.
