Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the "Baa2" rating on Mineola, N.Y.-based Winthrop-University Hospital Association's $122 million of outstanding rated debt.
The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including WUHA's improved financial performance and increasing volume and acuity levels.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's Investor's Service's expectations that fiscal year 2016 will produce another year of stable cash flow for Winthrop-University Hospital Association.
