Moody's Investors Service has affirmed Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Northwest Community Hospital's "A2" rating, affecting $212 million of debt.
The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including NCH's solid liquidity levels and recent growth in demand.
These strengths are offset by numerous factors, including intense competition in NCH's primary service area.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's expectation that NCH's operating metrics in fiscal year 2016 will not worsen but will remain at fiscal year 2015 levels.
