Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "Baa3" rating for Cullman (Ala.) Regional Medical Center.
The affirmation is supported by expectations that Cullman will continue to generate strong operating performance to support its high debt burden and leading market position as a sole community provider.
The rating outlook is stable.
