Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "B1" rating for Sauk Prairie Healthcare in Prairie du Sac, Wis., affecting $38 million of fixed rate bonds.
The affirmation reflects Moody's view that Sauk Prairie Healthcare will maintain its market position, adequate margins and healthy liquidity position. However, the system will continue to be challenged by high financial leverage and small size compared to larger providers in nearby Madison, Wis.
The rating outlook has been revised from negative to stable.
