Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "Aa3," "Aa3/VMIG 1" and "Aa3/P-1" ratings for Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health.
The affirmation reflects several factors,including Spectrum's large size, diversity of cash flow, health insurance plan and long track record of good margins operating as an integrated delivery system.
The rating outlook is stable.
