Moody's affirms 'A2' rating on NCH Healthcare System's bonds

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed Naples, Fla.-based NCH Healthcare System's "A2" rating, affecting $99.4 million of outstanding debt.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including NCH's leading market position and longstanding history of successful fundraising.

These strengths are offset by NCH's high Medicare exposure, competitive service area and seasonal volume trends.

The outlook is stable, reflecting NCH's materially improved operating performance over the course of the last two years.
