Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A1" rating on Waukesha, Wis.-based ProHealth Care, affecting $181 million of outstanding debt.
The affirmation is a result of several factors, including the health system's manageable capital needs, favorable market position, strong operating performance and healthy cash flow. Moody's unfavorably viewed the ProHealth's high leverage and heightened competition as a result of a consolidating market.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's expectation that ProHealth's margins will remain high.
