Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A1" rating for Rapid City, S.D.-based Regional Health, affecting $212 million of rated debt.
The affirmation reflects Moody's expectation that Regional Health will continue to benefit from its dominant market position in western South Dakota.
The rating outlook remains negative.
