Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A1" revenue bond rating for Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.
The affirmation reflects a second year of challenged operating performance for the hospital, but management expects performance to materially improve next year with the completion of a new hospital project.
The rating outlook has been revised from stable to negative.
