Trinity Health, based in Novi, Mich., will look to sell roughly $648 million of debt, part of which will help pay for its recent acquisition of Maywood, Ill.-based Loyola University Health System, according to a Bond Buyer report.

The transaction will be divided into a five-state series, with funds being issued through financial authorities in Michigan, Illinois, California, Maryland and Ohio.

LUHS officially became a part of Trinity Health at the beginning of July.
