Patrice Wolfe, CEO. Ms. Wolfe has served as AGS' CEO since September 2019. She previously served as CEO of health IT company Medicity and oversaw its sale from Aetna to Health Catalyst in 2018.
Ashish Mohan, CFO. Mr. Mohan has served as CFO since December 2020. He previously served as the global CFO for Servion Global Solutions.
Cheryl Cruver, chief revenue officer. Ms. Cruver has served in her current role since August 2020. She previously served as chief revenue officer for Sonifi Health.
Sunil Raheja, chief delivery officer. Mr. Raheja joined AGS in January and leads the operations and transformations teams. From 2013 to May 2020, he served as Optum's global head of technology.
Phillip Park, chief strategy officer. Mr. Park has served in his current role since September 2021. He is responsible for driving strategic growth through partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions. He joined AGS in 2020 as vice president of corporate development and finance.
Prasad PK, general counsel. Mr. PK has served as the company's general counsel since January 2020. He has been with the company since 2011.
Thomas Thatapudi, CIO. Mr.Thatapudi has served as AGS' CIO since May 2022, where he leads the company's digital and technology strategy. He joined the company in 2021 as chief technology officer.
