MedEvolve, a provider of specialty-specific practice management, EHR and revenue cycle management solutions, has added Jim Crook and Jon Phillips to the company's board of directors.
The two new board members individually bring more than 35 years of health IT expertise to guide MedEvolve's growth strategy.
Mr. Crook has a strong track record in growing and leading companies in the healthcare IT space. Mr. Crook spent 25 years with IDX Systems Corp. where he served in a number of executive operating roles, including company president and CEO.
Mr. Philips has over two decades of experience providing financial advisory and strategic consulting services to healthcare organizations. Mr. Philips founded Healthcare Growth Partners in 2005, where he continues to serve as partner and managing director. Prior to HGP, Mr. Philips served as vice president in the healthcare investment banking group at William Blair and Co.
