DAS Health, a Tampa, Fla.-based healthcare business and IT solutions provider, acquired Las Vegas-based Integra IT Solutions.
Here are three things to know.
1. Under the transaction agreement, DAS will sell and support additional EHR and practice management platforms, including eMDs Plus, Lytec, Practice Partner and Medisoft, according to a news release.
2. DAS will also still offer its other offerings such as cloud hosting and revenue cycle management medical billing solutions.
3. DAS and Integra together now serve nearly 2,000 clinicians and more than 600 practices through headquarters in Tampa and a regional office in Las Vegas.
