Infinity Diagnostic Labs, a full-service clinical and anatomical pathology laboratory in Teterboro, N.J., chose MTBC, a Somerset, N.J.-based healthcare IT company, for healthcare IT and revenue cycle management services.
MTBC said in a news release IDL will play a key role in its plans to expand its strategic laboratory and diagnostic billing. Through the arrangement, IDL will have access to various MTBC services such as its patient portal and automated reminder calls for patient payments. MTBC's platform and IDL's management software will also connect with each other.
"Not only will this relationship generate significant new revenue to MTBC, but it will also provide a strong base from which to expand MTBC's niche laboratory billing services," said Karl Johnson, senior vice president of business development for MTBC.
