hc1.com, Experian partner to help labs capture lost revenue

hc1.com is partnering with Experian Health, combining a customer relationship management solutions company with a revenue cycle management solution.

The goal with the partnership is to enable labs, diagnostics providers and other referring healthcare organizations to capture potentially lost revenue and control costs.

Both parties said the partnership will focus on delivering integrated revenue cycle and CRM solutions to labs.

According to hc1.com and Experian, the partnership will give labs the ability to:

  • Understand which accounts/types of accounts produce the best return
  • Know which relationships must have active engagement and education
  • Proactively keep track of changes in payer policy
  • Drive action and engagement with customers to lower risk
  • Use live live analytics to provide executive visibility into key metrics such as patient charity care eligibility rate, percent of provider accounts with high-risk patients, and account scorecards for reimbursement
