Sayre, Pa.-based Guthrie Clinic is now seeing patients at the former Tyler Memorial Hospital in Tunkhannock, Pa.
After announcing plans to relocate in November, the clinic moved its Tunkhannock office to the former hospital to offer better patient experiences and options through a range of outpatient services, according to a Jan. 22 Guthrie news release.
Chronic disease primary care management, lab services and routine screenings are available at the new location.
"Each phase of clinical expansion will be thoughtfully implemented, allowing Guthrie to explore continued expansion of comprehensive care based on community need and support," the release said.
A nonprofit health system, Guthrie has 6,500 caregivers, with more than 700 physicians and advanced practice providers. The five-hospital system also has outpatient facilities in both Pennsylvania and upstate New York, according to its website.
