Grand Strand Regional Hospital in Myrtle Beach, S.C., is constructing a $15 million addition, according to a My Horry News report.
The 15,000-square-foot expansion will include 32 beds, eight of which will be designated for a pediatric unit. It will also feature a medical-surgical unit, and in the future, a pediatric intensive care unit could be added, according to the report.
