All five major for-profit hospital operators saw their stocks increase last week.
Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp.'s shares rose by 2.83 percent, and Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America saw a 2.68 percent increase. King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services also saw its shares go up by 1.99 percent.
Additionally, Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems' shares increased by 1.63 percent, while Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals saw a 0.09 percent rise.
