All five major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices rise last week.
Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw the greatest increase in share price at 20 percent.

- Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.): $3.60 per share (up 20 percent)
- HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): $134.44 per share (up 5.1 percent)
- LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.): $64.85 per share (up 0.2 percent)
- Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $27.17 per share (up 8.8 percent)
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $123.46 per share (up 6.8 percent)
