All five of the major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices increase last week.
Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems' stock price was up 5.93 percent last week, the most of any of the hospital operators.
LifePoint Hospitals' stock price also grew to $72.07, up 3.79 percent, after the hospital operator announced favorable third quarter financial results.
