Three major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices rise last week.
Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare saw the greatest increase, 5.8 percent.
Here's how the major four operators stacked up as of Nov. 1:
- Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.): $3.20 per share (down 28.4 percent).
- HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): $133.65 per share (up 5.8 percent).
- Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $25.88 per share (up 5 percent).
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $138.75 per share (up 0.6 percent).
