Fitch upgrades Jackson County Schneck Memorial Hospital to 'AA-'

Fitch Ratings upgraded Seymour, Ind.-based Jackson County Schneck Memorial Hospital's series 2010 and series 2006B bonds to "AA-" from "A+," affecting $26 million of debt.

Additionally, Fitch assigned its "AA-" issuer default rating to JCSMH.

The upgrade and assignment are based on several factors, including the hospital's leading market position, strong profitability metrics and favorable net leverage position.

The outlook is stable.
